5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free trial periods are subject to eligibility requirements.

setloop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by setloop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with Instagram, WhatsApp, and other third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, setloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
